  I highly recommend Sara Knight. Purchased our first home in the crazy market during the pandemic. She was available all our questions quickly when needed.   Worst bank EVER! I open a card with them and due to covid I couldn’t pay my bill. I literally called them an informed them what was going on. Got well an go pay my bill,they closed my account. So now they took my money & messed my credit up during a pandemic. Don’t do it to yourself find someone else

  I've have the pleasure of working with Brent Mendelson twice, once for my VA loan to purchase my house and again to refinance it, I swear there's no one better in the business.   I loved working with Capital Bank to obtain a mortgage. Everyone is so nice, competent and efficient. Lola Pol is the most knowledgeable professional in this business I've ever encountered and her team is the best! If you need a mortgage or refi this is the place to go for an efficient process and caring assistance. They go the extra mile!

  As a real estate professional, I work with buyers and sellers all of the time. This bank was the MOST difficult bank I have EVER worked with. The lender had over 3 months to complete the necessary paperwork and still weren't ready to close on time. The loan officer never returned calls, had his processor instead return the calls. My clients got a good rate with them, but even after the transaction was concluded, they agreed that it wasn't worth the hassle and delays.

  Almost a total scam offering secured credit cards under the DBA of Open Sky Credit Cards to help build credit. Very simply the minimum monthly payment is 25 dollars. There is a late fee of 25 dollars also associated with the account. We were late once and they jumped it up to a minimum payment of $85. Upon further examination after a second month of being late they now want a minimum of $185, almost 4 times what they claim the minimum payments plus late fees for two months are. Real cute practices. We're finding out if this is legally actionable.
