  No help what so ever. Had a fraudulent charge hit my account for $1200 when I called weeks prior to get the card shut off. Never turned the card off and then I called 4 times to get the NSF fees back and was told 3 times it wouldn’t be an issue. Now being told that they can not do that. A joke. Lied to and no help whatsoever for something they didn’t do when I asked. So now I’m out $120 capcom has and refuses to give back after a mistake they made. Hours on the phone wasted being lied to told it would be fixed and now being told it can not be fixed. Worst bank I’ve dealt with By far.

  My husband has banked here for years. We have several accounts with them. Every time we go in there are new tellers, most who should not be working on their own. Many mistakes have been made and usually at his expense. All of sudden there are new rules however they are not the same rules the bank manager ,who was very rude btw, said last week. Guess they could care less re their customers. Like everything else it is about the dollar not the customer. Sad...

  On January 2017 went to Latham Cap Com branch to complete used car loan. I was assigned to a rep who was professional, well organized and very pleasant. She took the time to explain all the loan options and helped me complete the loan application. I was at her desk for about 25 min. She called me the next day with great news that my loan was approved. Keep up the great work!

  THIS IS THE WORST BANK DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!!! They will literally take all of your money for “fee’s” of $30 PER DAY it’s ridiculous definitely will be closing my account

  Atm is often broke and will not accept deposits... Although this often happens in Cohoes as well...maybe time for newer/different ATMs

  The Latham branch ATM deposit option does not work 95% of the time. Just because of this, going to try out SEFCU. DO NOT put yourself through this hassle.

  July 2015 I was at my Latham CapCom branch to look at a loan for a new car. I was assigned to a girl who was unpleasant and at times overly uninterested in my purpose. During our face to face she was downright rude, patronizing and unprofessional. I really expected more from a CapCom service rep.Needless to say, I left the branch with no car loan anda bad taste in my mouth for this branch.

  Girls who work in the drive through are always miserable??? Why?? It’s so uncomfortable being made uncomfortable to do your banking?
