  I recently worked with Chad to refinance both of our auto loans. He was absolutely phenomenal, and very professional. Made the whole process extremely easy and quick. Definitely earned my business in the future with any auto loans I may need!

  PLAN TO WAIT AN ENTIRE DAY if you must go to the bank. Ever since they switched to online tellers…. It has been AWFUL. EVERY time I need to take cash to deposit, I have to wait in stupid long lines. Then when it’s my turn, the teller prompt says your Estimated Wait time is 2-5mins and then usually it’s LONGER than that. So fed up. So annoyed. So frustrated. Wasted an entire half hour today simply to deposit a check. Technology is great, and a neat thought, but at this location it is absolutely TERRIBLE. Hate this bank, after having loved it for decades. Looking for a new bank— one with real people. Any recommendations?

  I'm not sure if this is the correct location that he works at but I have to say Chad Fenn went above and beyond for me. I called just to check on A personal loan and he was so helpful and everything he offered was well beyond the bank that I'm used to that by the time I was done he had set me up with a nice personal loan a new credit card with a much higher available credit he refinanced my auto loan and got me an interest rate a third of what I am currently paying I was so impressed with him and Credit Union that had Chad set me up a checking and savings account and I will be closing my account with my current bank today. A+

  I have been a member with CUOA for over 15 years! I have my own rep I talk to and she is absolutely amazing! Shaundrae Franklin is always very professional and genuine. She helps you in every way she can without making you feel dumb for asking or not knowing. Anytime I need her or have questions for her I know I can count on her to get the job done and her response time is awesome!! I love CUOA for having people like her working for them. Although I have had trouble with some of the people for the most part about 90 percent of the time I know I will be treated well and with a smile :)

  Absolutely terrible customer service. No one greeted me when I came in. When one guy did finally decide to acknowledge my existence he was rude from the start and treated me like absolute garbage because I had the nerve to ask some questions about things I didn't understand. I would never go there and I would never recommend anyone else to go there. On the other hand, I went to Meritrust immediately after and am becoming a member of their credit union. They had awesome customer service and patiently worked to answer all my questions and find solutions to some problems I wanted to address. Don't waste your time- head straight to Meritrust! They have 2 convenient locations near here: 8015 E 22nd St N, Wichita, KS 67226 & 2900 S Oliver St, Wichita, KS 67210 FYI google forced me to give this a star to post a review. But they definitely didn't deserve it.

  I was on hold for six minutes and never even received customer service. I hung up and will be looking to bank with a company where someone can actually be reached. Not a good first impression.

  So after waiting in drive for over 5 minutes I decided to just go inside. When I went in I wasn't greeted and still had to wait another 5 minutes when I was the only one in line. I see two girls at front why am I waiting? Im using my break to get this done. Time is money
