  Great customer service. The staff are kind and are willing to teach you about the things you are planning to buy. The prices on gold and gun are cheaper than elsewhere and worth it to buy. Excellent quality. This place is a one stop shop for pretty much everything. They have gold, guns, tvs, game systems, tools...you name it they probably have it.

  I know I probably won't have any luck but if you bought a 14 k white gold halo cut ring from the pawn shop please, please, please sale it back to me. It was my engagement ring and it was wrongfully pawned and sold. I'm willing to buy it back from you it mean a lot to me if you think you might have bought I will send pictures to verify that it's my ring. I just don't know what to do I've been crying all day please help

  Overpriced Craftsman tools from the 70s. How they stay in business is a mystery. As for being racist, I dunno. I don't get flak for being white. I do get flak for asking for deals on items they've had on display for over 10 years.

  Racists. It's right there on the literature they have hanging on the pillar where anyone can see it, the kind of "Immigrants go home" B.S. but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I almost let them lowball me on a bit of gold, until the owner/operator's father in law started talking some S about immigrants "diluting" America. I objected right off. Then he went to Germany and their having let in so many immigrants. I said that was off topic. I also said that immigrants work hard in this country, particularly the most obvious group that they seem to have a beef against: Hispanics (I am one). Latinos/Hispanics, mostly Mexicans until sorta' recently, have been working hard in and for this country--serving honorably in the military, doing difficult and dangerous jobs that White Americans wouldn't begin to know how to do--since the open door policy of the 1930s or before. People who talk as these men do, are talking out of both sides of their mouths. We hate those immigrants, send 'em home, BUT also, we love having cheap produce and getting to rip off customers with Spanish sounding last names.

  Rude and way over priced I even look at a Craftsman tool bag he wanted $15 but it's only worth five bucks they are crazy I do not know how they stay in business they won't even budge on their pricing they do not negotiate whatsoever
