Bjorn Jackson1I felt very discriminated against due to disabilities. The person at the teller’s window was even encouraging us to go to another bank, instead of staying at Cambridge Savings Bank, which I have used my whole life. Time pressured because they were closing soon and saying the system was going to shut down. Could not do my transaction in time due to my disabilities and time pressure. We left. We live far away from this bank and have stayed because we have been devoted to using Cambridge Savings Bank due to how to dedicated and friendly the other staff members at other branches have been.I am quite upset by this interaction and feel disrespected.

Zerozero Two5I've recently moved to town and opened an account with CSB since their rates are very attractive. The staff members are friendly, flexible and welcoming. A few days ago I found my mistake after I stepped out of the bank. Inattentively I wrote a wrong amount on my withdrawal slip. The bank was already closed. So I knocked the door. Not only Mathi let me in, but also she allowed me to correct my mistake. As a result, I was able to withdraw the amount that I wanted to have. Excellent customer service!

David Matthews3I have used CSB for many years for my small business. They had a special small business account which provided ACH transfers for $25 a month. Then about 1 1/2 years ago, I started to get bills for $100 for ACH transfers. It turns out they had eliminated my type of account and didn't bother to inform me in any way. After about 1 year of phone calls and emails, I was able to get reimbursed for many months of fees, but it was a pretty painful experience. I had to go with a different account as they no longer have that option and no longer have the ability of doing ACH transfers. I would suggest trying other banks if you're a small business.

At that time, we notified customers of the changes that would take place (and provided updated account disclosures) by mail. Although we were able to reach many customers by phone to have a conversation about exactly which new account would best suit their needs, it sounds as though we only reached you by mail at that time. Again, I’m sorry to hear about the inconvenience that ensued. I do, however, want to assure you that we currently offer a Small Business Checking account. Additionally, we do still offer ACH origination services as part of our Cash Management package. If you’d like to discuss making an account change, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
