  Great staff and good hours along with all the services Credit Unions provide with better rates than banks. What's not to like?

  Honestly as of late their service has been lacking. Modified our car loan on 6/7/21, was assured everything was done correctly. Husband calls to verify before payment is due to post and what do you know, they have screwed the paperwork up entirely. No explanation, no fix. We have to wait until next week for them to correct it, at this point I don't even know if we can trust them to complete it. Meanwhile the money we were supposed to save this month with the modification isn't going to happen. Oh, and we paid $150 for the service, THAT THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE. What a joke.

  et me tell you why Carmie Holguín's service, at the Poway branch, was one of the best experiences I've had with CCCU in the last 4 years. I've called CCCU over the phone and visited another local branch several times in the last 7 days, in an effort to get an ACH issue resolved between Paypal and the Credit Union, which turned out to be a Catch-22 type situation, where Paypal couldn't help me, and CCCU had limited options as well, all while I as the customer incurred $600+ in fees that I was just trying to stop from the beginning of this whole fiasco with Paypal. I went into this Poway location yesterday as a last ditch effort, and right away noticed that Carmie's sign said "Branch Senior", which tells me that she's been doing this a while. And believe me, it showed. Right away, she offered me an alternative solution, which NO ONE, out of the 5-8 people I'd spoken to in the last week had even thought to offer me, to quickly resolve my issue. She then took the time to call another department, to make sure it was being done correctly, and then walked me through what we would be doing, and double checked to make sure that I understood exactly what to do, not in a condescending way, but in a genuinely helpful manner. It meant so much to me that she was so good at what she does, and she remained kind and patient in explaining it to me. I sincerely hope that Carmie's boss can take this into account when discussing compensation $$$ for this employee, because THESE are the type of people your branch needs---helpful, kind, genuine people, that actually make me want to come back. Thank you Carmie!!!

  Went to the Poway branch to get added to my family members account. The lady at the desk in front could not have been any ruder had she tried. She was short with us, kept interrupting us and practically asked me to stop talking. I didn't get her name but the branch manager came out to try to smooth things over. He was nice but you could tell he wanted her rudeness to stop. I've never been treated like this at any bank. She needs more customer service training.

  All the associates here are amazing. I don't come in person often, but when I do they always remember who I am before looking me up on the computer!

  The agents that visited our location were friendly and helpful. I have been looking for another solution to manage my money and I feel it is going to be a great choice. Larry and Tim thanks for giving me the opportunity to be a customer with your Credit Union. Lots of benefits to going with these people, I can already see a change for the better.

  Teller didn't have any information about their promotional items and had to go back to ask his manager 3 or 4 times. Very unprofessional. Their savings promotion had so many exceptions and stipulations that I was at first denied then approved. No literature with the fine print was offered to me explaining the fine details, everything had to be looked up in their system. Very surprised they can keep members this way.

  Been using this Credit Union for a few years now (before it was a different CC) and they provide the absolute best customer service around. Helpful with multiple transactions and even waived one of my fees. Love that you don't have to have a minimum balance in your Checking/Savings once you open your account (unlike WF). Hopefully their online and mobile sites offer the same quality services as the bigger banks (WF, Chase, etc).

  Larry F. The branch manager treated me so poorly and made promises he couldn't uphold. Larry's employees are just as bad as he is. Larry allows his employees to take personal phone calls while helping his clients and also allows them to walk away from the desk while helping me in order to talk and help another customer. I was not treated with respect even though I did everything they asked from me.

  Ridiculous! I received a mail that says my accounts could be turned over to the State Collections unless I dont call CalCoast and when I did... all I was told was "OH! Um we were told to say that it was mailed in error so members that received it should just shred it." (Insert ditsy voice here) and I asked for further info and she just repeated the same spiel, which basically tells she she knows squat about it. She was just fed a line and just went with it. What the actual F was that
