      Terrible. I went in to do something that I do all the time and the women who worked there didn't even know their own bank policies and were also rude about it. Where is the 0 star option?

      the call center is better at customer service than this joke of a branch. The bank manager I have no idea how she got prompted and her tellers are often rude and to questiontative about your bank account. This bank doesn't even know its own policies they a re poorly trained. Recently my elderly mother closed her bank card and this bank kept giving her the run around instead of providing a temporary card, and rush ordering her a new card. The bank was comfortable 100 percent at denying her any help to access her funds while in town.

      Since I opened my account with the Poway US Bank, I've had nothing but great, professional and friendly customer service from everyone at this Poway location branch. Roxanna and Cameron should be commended for their wonderful greetings, professional courtesy and friendly service. Because of employees like this is my reasons for staying with Poway US Bank.       I have had great service at this bank, this is the bank I use for my business. Cameron and Angela are awesome, competent and friendly, they always remember my name and help when they can. They personally handle whatever I need. They are still bound by bank rules, but they are accommodating when they can be. I cannot ask for anything more.

      They gave me a fake $20 bill and then blamed me for it. I went to close an account on Wednesday 11/26/14 at around 3pm one of my many reasons was poor customer service. One of the employees told me they could not do it at that time because they were shorthanded. They told me to come back on Monday. Ironically they were busy helping other customers who came after me. Then a lady decided to help. She was courteous while serving me. She gave me all my deposit in cash. When I went to deposit the money in Wells Fargo, next door, the ATM rejected one of the $20 bills. I went into the wells Fargo teller who served me confiscated the $20 bill and he explained in a friendly manner that it was banking rules from the government. I went back to US Bank and told them they that they had given me a fake $20 bill. She lady who attended to me told me to bring the back bill. I explained that the rules are the same for all banks and they know Wells Fargo will not release the bill. It became a back and forth blaming, until I gave up. It is the worst banking experience in my life. The worst breach of trust in my life. It felt like being robbed by a police man in a uniform, in a police station. I lost money, wasted my time trying to explain myself. Now, I am on the secret service watch list, because of poor banking services by US Bank. I would not anyone to bank with US Bank recommend

      I know sometimes we are in hurry and choose a bank that is close. But I suggest you avoid this bank. There is a women and she is very rude. When I find her name I will post it many times so you avoid her. Not all bankers are bad. There is just this lady. I along with the 3 ppl that were discriminated by our color will send a formal complaint to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System Division of Consumer and Community Affairs; 20th and C Streets, N.W., Stop 801; Washington, DC 20551. We hope you support us and send complaints if you meet this lady. She smiles and speaks to us as if we are stupid. I cried so much because this banker made me feel worth less. She said she could not help me. I will go back to the bank and speak to a manager about her, but it’s not fair.😞

      Horrible service here please don’t go because the women that works here sucks at her job. She seems polite at first but she is racist. She has a scar by her nose. She is tall and skinny. I suggest you go to another bank.
