  The Crestline branch is awesome! Everyone who works in this branch is very nice and always very friendly and it’s very nice to have a small town bank that understands and works for you not against you. Teresa is awesome and everyone at the branch always help to the best of their abilities very nice bank pleasure doing business here.

  I live closer to the branch in Temecula, which they are horrible and rude. Was thinking about closing my account, until I found this branch in Crestline. They helped me not want to move banks! They are so welcoming and sweet! I work in San Bernardino and it’s only 20 mins from Crestline! I will only be going to the bank when i work just to go to the Crestline branch 💕💕💕💕

  The tellers and bankers are quite friendly. They even offered free cookies when we first went in, but the cookie plate became consistently and mysteriously empty after a couple months. Unfortunately the parent bank pulls the same shenanigans as any other big bank. We got suckered in by an offer of a free account with no minimum balance. I could have sworn they said it was a special offer where there would never be a minimum balance, but when we got hit with a monthly fee I looked at the paperwork and it was only for the first year. Two months later, they discontinued that account and forced us to use a new account that required a $1500 minimum balance or a $9/mo fee. So we closed the account and moved to a credit union with no minimum balance or monthly fee.
