  Janet made our first time home buying experience smooth and stress free. Prior to beginning our home buying procedure we had researched online and had read all kinds of overwhelming details and stories. When we first talked to Janet, she was extremely nice, courteous, respectful, and precise about setting clear expectations. All we had to do was furnish documents when requested, which we did and Janet took care of the rest. I know without a doubt that she did so much work behind the scenes to help us out, that we don’t even know about. When it came to communication, she was always proactive and would tell us what to expect next. She also shared a detailed flowchart with us that was prepared to aid first time home buyers. The ease of uploading 100% of our documents online along with constant efficient communication made the entire experience unparalleled. I had heard that home buying process is one of the most taxing and stressful experience in one’s life but I would attest otherwise and Janet made that possible for my family. We love our home.
