  As a Broker, I speak for myself and my clients when I say Cynthia is a miracle worker when it comes to lending. Although, she always pulls through, my most recent transaction with her was truly REMARKABLE. This was a loan that through no fault of the clients or hers, was NOT going to close on time and was going to be extremely problematic for so many reasons. I'm still awestruck as to how she pulled it off, but she did!! She involved the town office, her upper management, all powers that be, and then some to ensure this loan closed properly and efficiently!! You will be in the best hands in home lending in the state of Maine with Cynthia.

  Cynthia made everything really easy throughout the entire mortgage process. Was able to coordinate well with out real estate agent which made everything much less stressful. Couldn't have been happier with Cynthia and would definitely recommend to others in the future.

  We can’t say enough good things about Cyndi and Caliber Home Loans. They saved us from losing the home of our dreams when a different lender & broker we were using cancelled our closing the day of and said it would be an additional four weeks because they didn’t like the appraisal. We called Cyndi (which we should have done from the start) and she (and her team) were able to work with us and the process we had already started with the other lender and got us cleared to close in under two weeks. Right from the start all of the paperwork, emails, and DocuSign’s were accurate and they were always available to answer any questions we had. I can’t say the same for our previous lender. We are so thankful for her and her team! They turned around an extremely stressful and awful experience into a good one. Our only regret is not calling them right from the start! Thank you thank you thank you!!

  I cannot say enough good things about Cindy Veroneau. A deal on a home had completely fallen through at the very last minute. Called Cindy...and within 8 days we were given the green light. Just like that! Cindy is seriously the best there is.
