  Bill Montgomery gave us excellent service from the beginning to the closing of the refinance of our home. We explained to Bill what we wanted and he and Sami put the deal together for us. Bill made what we thought would be a difficult process a very easy and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend taking advantage of Bill's experience if are wanting to refinance your home while the rates are low.

  I would 100% recommend Marty Mates to anyone looking for a mortgage loan! He was able to get us approved for our first home and the process was very smooth and easy. He answered ALL of my crazy questions and did it in a timely manner. He made sure I understood everything along the way.   These people were nice & attentive when we purchased our home almost 2 yrs ago. But now we are not worthy of their time. I called 3 times to find out about refinancing since interest rates are lower. It ended up with a text and not even from Bill Montgomery. Great company in Texas to work with but lousy customer service in Anderson IN.

  Mary Mates is an extremely professional, hands-on person. He will do whatever the customer needs in order to facilitate their understanding and follow through of their need of Marty's expertise. Marty is an excellent asset to Caliber Home Loans. Caliber Home Loans would do well to have all of their employees trained by Marty. He is a people-person, he is energetic, he is well schooled and quite the hard working man for his clients and all others that he may come in contact. So glad I was referred to Marty Mates. I will gladly refer him to others needing his brilliance and forte!

  My entire experience with Caliber was amazing. My agent, Marty, was great. I am a first time buyer so it was stressful and I had a lot of questions. Marty was patient and knowledgeable. There were some hiccups but they worked super hard to get it all done. I would not think of using another company or agent in the future!

  I am so happy with my experience ! I honestly don't know if I can give all the credit to "Caliber Loans" I give all my credit to Bill Montgomery with Caliber Loans and his staff. I needed some help in the beginning I was running into other lenders that acted like I was just a number to them, Bill was the only one I came across that didn't treat me that way. His response time with every email I sent him was quick and he was direct the entire time, even through some obstacles I ran into during the way he directed me to get done what needed done. I started to just glace through paperwork, not study it, that's how much my husband and myself trusted Bill and we knew he was looking out for us and had our back. We feel as the company name I will recommend your services but PEOPLE like this is what makes your company, and I can tell you wherever he goes we will go!
