  Working with Chris was amazing. He was there to help with every step of the process. This was my first time buying a house and I was a bit intimidated by the whole process, but Chris made it so much easier. I truly feel that without him, I wouldn't be a homeowner now. He and his wife Shari helped make it all real.

  I highly recommend working with Sharilyn Snow at Caliber Mortgage she will push to do whatever she possibly can to get your home loan completed. Sometimes things take a little longer than you would hope and theres plenty of hoops to jump through to get to completion but she will help deal with your ups and downs more like a friend than a big corporate loan officer would do. Her and her staff worked every angle possible and I know I am a difficult person to keep focused and they did at all costs. Thank you for yours and Aubries help.

  I would like to start off by saying that Sharilyn Snow and her team are Amazing, Not only did they make this process easy and painless but they took care of anything that came up and went through hoops to make sure that I got the home I wanted. She was on it from day one with emails and phone calls and just overall 5 Stars and 10 Points!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!! I love my home!!!

  First I'm a disabled army veteran with a VA home loan. My refinance got sold to this company a year ago, I began refinancing with another company for a really good deal, caliber reached out and offered me a better one. I was told we could skip two months payments which was what happened when I refinanced originally. Same as the company I was already doing business with. I was told we could also probably close by the end of September, we were not able too, I paid my mortgage, November comes around we finally get a date for closing then I guess there was a ucc placed on my house by my pool loan company(which has never been late), I was told we need them to subbordinate, sure they said they would, we just need a closing disclosure etc. My loan gets completely canceled by operations, a week later after I call I was told that they meant to call me... The manager after talking to the loan originator said we could redo the app, just to get the subordination started I was told by the end of business day I would get the papers I needed, i did not, I called again the next week, I found I was completely put on the back burner and nothing was done so i was told by the end of business day the next day I would get the information needed to move forward, I called again and I got oh I never talked to him and he's on vacation but he'll be back next week and they'd call me with what we can do. I call the next week again to follow up my contact was out of the office until this week, I called monday left a message no answer, called Tuesday same thing no answer, called today finally got in touch and was told I was SOL pretty much; that they don't do refinances with people with home loan ucc on their houses, even if the company will subordinate. The first month of doing business In September they said If I don't make that payment it will get rolled in, so it was reported as late, same thing with the second they said they never said that, that can't tell me they can't not roll 2 months off because they want my business. Caliber lost me an amazing deal for me and my family from another company by offering a better one then refusing to do business at the finish line - because of something so simple that was resolvable. I will file a comolaint at the company and with the BBB, I literally got jerked around for 2 months with promises and I got screwed over. I was even told that if I filed a complaint or a grievance that nothing would come of it and it would be a waste of time, as accurate as that probably is I will be. This Is insane this company made my family lose out one deal and canceled me at the closing line for something that could be so easily handled. I was neglected this whole time and I would say the customer service is not very good. Thanks for the good offer caliber, you beat everyone else's but couldn't live up to it and my family lost out thank you for treating your current customers whom "you want to keep" like that and your veterans.
