  In the past year I financed my home with CaliberHomes and refinanced for a better interest rate! It was an easy and pleasant process. Crystal Troy was accommodating and caring. She took time to explain when I needed her to. She was attentive and handled everything quickly. I always heard back from her in a timely fashion.   My loan consultant was exceptional, but service with Caliber has been mediocre at best. Always trying to sell something, very slow to remove PMI as requested, recasting was not a simple process, etc.
