  Wow. That is all I can say. This was the easiest home buying experience I have had and I've owned a ton of homes. Shannon Pohl and Caliber Home Loans exceeded my expectations. Shannon requested all the paperwork and documents that were needed up front. In other home buying situations I had lenders requesting paperwork right up until the closing day. Not with Caliber. Shannon and her team kept me informed of the progress of the loan every step of the way. Shannon locked in my rate when she saw that rates were starting to climb and got me an interest rate lower than 3%.They even found me reasonably priced insurance rates without me even asking for help. They went above and beyond at every turn. It is great to see that customer service still exists. They had it in spades. I didn't worry about a thing because I knew Shannon was on top of it. I would highly recommend this company and Shannon to anyone who would like a seamless, customer focused experience.

  I was nervous about the whole mortgage process. However Shannon and her girls at Caliber made it so easy and streamlined. Never had to worry I knew Shannon and her girls would get the job done. And they did we moved into our first home last week. I am so impressed with them. And I would highly recommend them.
