  Imagine working 70 hours per week to then drive out your way in blazing humid heat 12:30p.m. in the afternoon to go cash a check because your company can’t get there act together when payroll comes and keeps writing paper checks Imagine going to the bank the check is from and not being able to cash the check because someone is not in to do it but they drive nice cars and live decent A bank is only open so many days a week Simply having one person take care of something is simply unacceptable people having livelihoods places to be things to do No one feels like driving all around the city for one check that’s writing from your bank but you can’t cash it because of one person SIMPLY PATHETIC please deter from this bank

  Blonde clerk was extremly rude to me when i wasn't even using her window. I asked what my balance was when this lady butted in very passively aggressively and said "You could know what your balance is if you wrote it down yourself" . I will be closing my account at this bank as soon as possible.

  This bank needs a full time manager got to many problems and hassles to deal with This bank needs to hire one person to do it all at this bank please don’t waste your time it’s quite ridiculous especially for location

  I love this bank in that everyone is quite helpful and everyone knows me onsite. Left the bigger banks with rude tellers and being treated like a number and not a person.

  Worst bank in the city horrible customer service. Heather was horrible never go there for business. I would give 0 stars if I could.
