      If you are a seller and looking for top dollar on your property sale, or a buyer who wants to view a property you are interested in, I suggest using a different company. If you are afraid to show a property in the snow (Shawna Carey), you may want to move out of upstate NY, maybe move to Florida? We learned our lesson, hope you don't make the same mistake we did.

      I looked at a 4 unit house on 430 broadway that was listed under Stacy Parish we offered full price and never even got a call back place is a scam not only was she rude but she didn’t even call back after i gave them what they were asking for and now someone else has it listed
