  Lori has been such an asset in our home shopping experience. We have used her and C2 financial both. She was instrumental in helping us get the lowest rate and also the lower rate when refinancing. We had some issues with our finances and she was able to help us get those straightened out and purchase our home. Will use her and C2 again if we ever move. She is very professional and once you know her she also becomes your friend.

  Lori and Mark Garrow Have helped me and my family through out the years. Lori Helped me buy my first house back in 1999, something that I thought I couldn't do back then, but she was able to help me through the process. After that, Lori helped me when it was time to upgrade and then again a few times when I decided it was time to move to the inland empire. Even last year she helped me refinance out of an FHA loan into a conventional loan which saved me quite a bit of money every month. Mark and Lori helped my parents a few times and my brother as well. Every time I think about real estate, I think of them and I contact them to help me through the process. I recommend them and their services to all my friends and family.

  Lori gets 5 stars from me. She has never let down a client of mine. With a selection of 60+ lenders and many programs available, she is rarely beat by another lender on rate or product availability. She also encourages clients to check with other lenders. If they are willing to give you a "Good Faith Estimate" in writing, that helps compare apples to apples and puts the other lender in the hot seat to perform, but also allows Lori to do a true comparison.

We offer several low down payment programs and 1st Time buyer programs to Include the San Diego County Housing Program that offers $17k in a silent 2nd for income qualified home buyers, the Mortgage Credit Certificate - which gives 1st time home buyers a substantial Tax credit , and many more programs.
