  Tony with C & A Mortgage was phenomenal. He helped me every step of the way as a first time home owner. He shared his knowledge and advice helping me understand each process/step while purchasing my first home. The most important thing for me was Tony treated me like his own son and not as just another “number” like most other companies will do.   Tony and his team are top notch!!! My husband and I were in our new home within 3 weeks from the day we first looked at it...Talking about TRUE customer service, I'd say this is a prime example!!! Every step of the mortgage process was seamless which made it so easy and removed the stress. We had flawed past credit, but Tony and his team new exactly what needed to be done to get us the loan. Tony is a great guy who was exceptionally easy to work with and had a "get it done" approach. We will hands-down recommend Tony to everyone seeking a simplified mortgage loan process and exceptional customer service! Tony has won our trust and we will DEFINITELY use him again in the future for all our mortgage needs. Thanks Tony and Team for making us happy homeowners!!!

  Working with Tony has been awesome. He helped me get my home right after I moved to the area as well as refinancing it later for a lower rate. He made the process very simple and took care of all my concerns. I don't plan on going anywhere else for any mortgage needs!!

  C&A Mortgage Services of Florence has been great. Tony was a God-send and helped us through the process of buying our home and refinancing it as well. If you are looking for a lender, definitely contact C&A Mortgage. My wife and I are very grateful to Tony for all he has done to help us through this process.   We had a great experience with our home purchase. From the start, Tony ensured we got a great price on the home and even assisted us with renovations to make the home exactly what we wanted. Great customer service! I know went many extra miles. Tony did more for us than I expected. I’d highly recommend!

  I have used C&A Mortgage for the purchase of two homes. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and they know their stuff! They have gone out of their way to assist me on my schedule and from long distance. I am very thankful for Tony and his team. If you live in SC you shouldn't use anyone else!
