  My wife and I have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 with Christopher Ortiz and BW&CO within the last year and a half and we would recommend using them 10/10 times. The level of commitment you get from Chris and the team is unparalleled. They walked us through the buying and selling process to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.   Brad is very professional and organized, but at the same time goes that extra mile to know his clients on a personal level. Brad always treated me as a friend first then his client, I never felt rushed to make any immediate decisions, and he took the time to help me weigh out pros and cons when it came to those big decisions.   Brad is awesome! I would recommend him any day hands down a great realtor! He is very knowledgeable and he works very hard for his clients! He answered all my questions very promptly and was always honest! I never felt pressured throughout the entire experience he made the whole process as easy as anyone could! A true professional!
