  As a former resident of Central Illinois, where Busey Bank locations are prolific, my only complaints are that this particular Busey is the only one in the Indianapolis area, and that it's mildly annoying to navigate to from 465 South, requiring loops around multiple roundabouts to access. Service-wise, however, Busey is second to none, and has always provided me with friendly and secure banking for over 20 years.

  I have been with Busey for over 15 years and I have NEVER had an issue with their service. Everyone is always friendly, courteous, and helpful even when I didn't live in the state, they were always willing to assist me in the best way possible. My family has banked with Busey for over 50 years and we couldn't be happier, I'm glad there's finally a branch here in Indianapolis.

  Busey Bank has been an amazing lender for years. John Holden is the hardest working lender in the industry. We have moved all of our deposit accounts to Busey. What a tremendous team!

  Honestly not sure what to do to get this company and whoever they shop out to for their lending to STOP harassing me. We receive as many as 3 letters a day talking about mortgage rates, refinancing. and other incentives. We refinanced in the last 30 days, and literally came home from closing to EVEN MORE LETTERS in our mailbox. We have started writing return to sender on them, called and asked to be removed from the mailing list several times, and still got another in the mail today. We average 4-8 a week. The company overall wasn't a problem to work with, but I am so frustrated by the letters that I would never work with this company again. PLEASE STOP!!!!!

  Casey Wilson was absolutely amazing! We got a quick approval, great rate, all question and concerns answered and closed on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage. Thank you!
