  Wouldn't cash my federal check, said I needed an bank account never had this issue anywhere else and federal law says any bank can cash out you're federal tax money due to the banks being connected to the us Treasury so, no excuses.

  Went to the bank forgot my checkbook, I always pay early. I get to the Teller realize I forgot my check book and ask the lady if they take credit cards. She tells me yeah but doesn’t mention theirs a fee, I’ve never used a CC at a bank before to pay my payments so I didn’t know and maybe she didn’t know but I call back in to try and just get a refund so I can just cut a check (mind you I’m still like 5 days before my due date) and they want issue the refund to save me the $25 fee for nothing. If you’re not gonna help your customer why do I need you then?? Or trust you?? Will be using a different bank in the future...

  It would be very helpful if they opened at 8 like most places, i find myself having to cater to the banks hours when it should be more convenient to withdrawl and mostly deposit my money, especially when your only chance is to go to the bank early. It's also a shame they close so early on Saturday. Its just that the bank never seems to be open when im free to cash my check. I get paid on Friday after i get to work and i have to wait until Monday to cash my check if i have to work that Saturday as well.

  Banking at Bulldog has been the worst experience the past 18-24 months. Customer service, particularly the Northern Ave location is the worst. After 15 years we are closing accounts and transferring our funds. I am saddened as we like to support local and small banks.

  Always a good experience. Good professional and courteous staff. If I have any questions or concerns in reference to my accounts there is always someone there that will take the time to go over them. Highly recommend for all banking services.

  All the systems was down and the atm toled us we had more then we did so now because of that we owed. 65 then went up because a ser charge .
