  I have always had the very best of customer service from all of the employees at Buckeye State credit Union. They have always gone above and beyond to help get me answers, help in anyway that they could. They are anything but ordinary, I like them because they really care about people and it shows, this is what sets them apart from the other places. I have recommended all of my family and friends to become customers with them. Thankfully we don’t judge them by the neighborhood or location. Thank You all for Everything you do.

  My initial experience with this credit union was not real pleasant, BUT Terrance being very professional assured me that it wouldnt happen again and to try opening an account with them. I'm so HAPPY i did. I met with Shawna, my paperwork was ready when i got there and when i say i had the best experience opening an account. She is super cool. We must've talked about everything except banking for like the 1st 30-45mins. I was so comfortable and enjoying the chit chat i forgot what i was actually thers for. (I think she did as well) when we did get down to business she gave me all the required information i needed within 5-6mins. Was in and out(except for our "girl talk") i definitely recommend anyone opening an account go talk to Shawna. Thanks again Terrance!

  We have had a HELOC and savings account for a couple of years now. We started a checking account a few months ago. It was free once I started my direct deposit and paid 10 bills a month from our new account....or so we thought. Lost 6 dollars waiting for direct deposit to start then once it did lost another 3 dollars because the hoop to jump through was not pay 10 bills it was use the debit card at 10 points of sale. By next month my direct deposit should be ready at my new bank. We feel a bit betrayed by Buckeye. Update: I got a call the next day from Daniel that I didn't return. He called again the next day left a msg with my wife. I called him the day after that. He impressed me with his desire to fix things. Some things are easy, like a service charge, others are more subtle. He left me a believer in what they are trying to accomplish at Buckeye.

  I have a great rate on my auto loan. That is the ONLY food thing I can say about this place. Their app is not user friendly at all. I feel like I have to chase them to get a response — if I can even get one. Call and email. No one ever responds or returns the call.

  No im not happy with this credit union im ready to go back to pnc buckeye is so behind times you have to sign up for everything the bill pay is slow n I have to worry about late fees because it takes so long to deliver to merchant
