  Bubba was extremely helpful through the entire refinance process. We had dealt with him before and when I reached out to him again, he never pressured us into a refinance. He just gave us all the info and left it to us to decide, which I really appreciated. He answered all of our questions and made the whole process as smooth as possible. And we got a very low interest rate. Definitely recommend!

  Bubba is the absolute best in the business! My mortgage re-fi went smoothly in spite of my personal bank doing everything it could to delay closing by not doing what it was supposed to do. Bubba stayed on them and made sure we closed on time. Financing or refinancing a home is a major financial decision and choosing the wrong lender can make or break your financial future.   Bubba is really great to work with! He helped me evrey step of the way when I purchased my first home a year ago that includes working with my credit and getting all the necessary paperwork etc. He was professional, curteous and timely and anserwing all of my questions. A year later he helped me refinance at a lower rate which has saved me a couple hundered dollars a month. I appreciated Bubba so much I referred a friend of mine who is now working with Bubba to refinance her home. I 100% recommend Bubba he's just awesome!

  I recently became frustrated by my mortgage lender, who I had used for over 20 years, in 3 different homes and decided to refinance. I am a REALTOR® and have the pleasure of having Bubba Fleming in my office, so not only know him well, but know him to be the best in the business. I entrust all of my buyers to him, so there was never a discussion about who our new lender would be. He treats all of his clients (and there are many!) as if they were his only one and my transaction was no different. There was easy, open communication throughout and he was never too busy to answer my questions. I also know that if, at any time for the duration of the loan, there are any problems, I can call Bubba and he will make sure whatever is wrong will be made right. That level of service is rare these days, but I can say without a doubt, that that trait will never change for him. Anyone even thinking about a mortgage should call Bubba.   Very nice team to work with. Bubba was very gentle in taking time and accommodating, even available on weekend. When I has question with realtor, he spoke to all of us. Him and the realtor Henri were easy to reach and always very gentle.
