  Bryce Tueller was great, he made buying a house such joy. This was my first experience buying a new to home and I had heard all the horror stories. But Castle & Cooke Mortgage shattered all those stories because they were very professional and personal! Bryce never made my wife or I feel uncomfortable rather he helped us feel at ease every step of the way! Castle & Cooke Mortgage was the first real estate company I have ever dealt with and when we plan to purchase again we'll be back!   Bryce was amazing to work with. I'm a single mom of 3 kids with fairly limited income and no savings.. this man was still able to miracle me into a mortgage approval. I was so used to other brokers or mortgage officers laughing me out of their offices for thinking I could get approved, but Bryce got it done. No matter what obstacles came up during the close on my home purchase he navigated them all. I can't recommend him and Castle & Cooke enough.

  Bryce made a normally stressful experience as low pressure and easy as possible. He was always available and answered all our questions. He took a hands on approach and never left us in the dark. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for help with a mortgage.

  Bryce was very helpful and on top of things throughout the entire process and even after the loan closed he helped us with resolving an issue with the title company. He got the title company president to call me directly and the issue was resolved the same day.
