  Bryce is great! I had a question about my policies so I called our 'new' agent. In the hubbub of moving and setting up his new office, he got back to me via voice mail. He setup a phone review for the next day on the computer. He had an excel sheet easily showing and explaining the changes from the old system and being in the new system. Bryce did an awesome job preparing this document and explaining it to us. I am very pleased with his initiative in showing how American Family can better serve us. Welcome Bryce, you are a breath of fresh air and your hard work is very much appreciated.

  I have been an American Family insuree for probably 35 years. I have always loved that they are there when you need them and i could stop in and see my agent with any question at almost any time. I have only very good things to say about my previous two agents and their staff. With that said, I contacted Bryce because i felt i needed more coverage for my home insurance. Bryce made a very timely appointment and we went through all of my American Family accounts. He explained everything in terms that i could understand and answered all my questions. He offered his opinion on changes i could make that i was very comfortable with and helped me save money too. I am satisfied that Bryce will be my next American Family agent that i will be very happy with.

  Bryce is the best insurance agent I have had. He took the time to go over every single aspect of each of my plans. He's very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a manner I could understand. I was with my old insurance company for 25 years and ended up getting much better coverage from Bryce.   Recently met Bryce who has taken over our existing accounts with American Family. I would say that he has exceeded my expectations and I am happy to keep my business with him.   Bryce does an excellent job answering all my questions in detail. He works hard to find ways to save money on my policies. He is very friendly and courteous. He is so helpful and gets back to me in a timely manner. I am very happy having Bryce as my insurance agent. He is the best!

  Made an addition to our policy last month. Bryce did a review of all our vehicles and home and saved us even more money$$$ Had a small hiccup and Bryce went to bat for us with underwriting and smoothed everything out. You get his personal cell as a client if you need anything. We also attended his Dubuque Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting too.
