  I am at the first steps of the home buying process. The meeting with Bryan was very professional and informative. We all know buying a home can be stressful but i was made to feel comfortable and the process was explained in full and clear detailed.   Truly professional team!! I was initially referred to them by a friend just to reach out for advice on buying my first home. Bryan and his team were personable and incredibly helpful with every step of the way. If you are looking for a worry-free process, I can’t imagine anyone taking better care of you than them; and they are FAST! You will not spend a single day waiting on this team to handle your business. They will keep things moving and working in your favor right up until closing. In the end I was very impressed by everyone and grateful for all the extra effort that was made on my behalf. Least I could do was leave a review, but honestly can’t recommend enough!

  I would like to say Thank You all very much for all of the help that was given for me to get a closing. I have been through a lot on trying to remove my parents off of the house and put into my husband and I name. I had a great experience with the team . I was a pain but the handled me very well .   My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home and were referred to the Bryan Schmidt Team (CrossCountry Mortgage) from one of their team members, Elie Kardoush. Elie introduced us to Bryan Schmidt and we scheduled a meeting with him to help us with the loan process. My husband and I found the meeting to very eye opening and informative in regards to not only the loan/home purchase process but also our family budget. Bryan spoke with us about our family budget and how important it is for us to keep in mind that while he could got us approved for a loan (after reviewing our loan documents) it is important for us to know all of the numbers and how it affects our budget before, during and after purchasing a home. The meeting with Bryan provided true transparency and helpful insight about the loan/home purchase process (keeping in mind our family budget). While my husband and I are still looking for a home, we feel really grateful to be working with a great team of people who actually have our family’s best interest in mind.
