  Yes you are correct @lysa K, Mr. Ronald Cooley is very unprofessional and BIAS. I am truly heart broken and hurt that is would happen at my church which I love. It is very sad the he is the CEO and makes the last decision based on his personal feelings. I pray that Pastor Jackson would review this or that someone check his performance. I will be removing all my money from this credit union. I just pray the right person will see this and begin to manage him. Sorry not Sorry

We ask all applicants for documents: a loan application, documentation of income, and various documents for the collateral (vehicle).   The employees are always very friendly, professional and caring. They listen to your needs and are helpful. I have been a member for years, have used the loan program and several accounts and love the service.

  I work at the Brookland banquet and conference center on campus and have been using this bank for about five months now. Its very close to home and my job which makes its extremely convenient when it comes to deposits or withdrawals. The employees are very helpful and patient with you. When I step through the door, they welcome me by name which adds to the experience of being a valued member of Brookland federal Credit union.

  Do not put your money here! The CEO, Ronald Cooley, is biased, unfair, unprofessional, and caters to only a select few. Instead of making all members feel welcomed. I will never set foot in this establishment again...EVER!

  Love my Credit union the People there really helps you. I got Loans when i really need them. Both of my checks are deposit there.
