  I spoke with Noah and he answered all my questions. All communications with Broad Financial was timely and their execution of my SD IRA was professional. Emails were answered in a couple of hours. I have to admit I initially was concerned the whole SD IRA thing was a scam, but everything Broad Financial did was on the up and up and my IRA LLC is up an running. They are legit.

  Set up my Self Directed IRA so Im not constrained to the Stock Market, Which I personally look at as legalized gambleing, rigged to fleece anyone lower than megamillions net worth. Lets me "invest" in MY small business which is Real Estate ( rentals) Broad Financial has enabled me to do this at a reasonable initial fee, and follows up every year with a very small update fee, and updates the paperwork as needed.   It’s important to understand the mechanics of a self-directed IRA before you try to set one up. So read up beforehand. Even with limited knowledge going into the set-up, Broad Financial made it relatively easy.

  Jay helped me set up my self-directed 401K-Was happy with the response, answer to questions, and quick turn around. First one I have ever done and it was difficult to get answers until I found Broad Financial. Found it on the internet and was a little tentative but everything has gone well-documents all in order and I hope to continue investing my 401K and taking on responsibility for it as well as making decisions that I hope will be fruitful.
