  Austin and the team at Brighter Lending are absolutely amazing to work with!! As a first time home buyer, Austin streamlined the lending process for me and my husband.   I recently completed two refinances for properties I own with Brighter Lending and Austin Dimmler. It was by far the best experience I've ever had in a Real Estate loan transaction. Brighter Lending is a great company to work with and Austin Dimmler is the only man I'll ever work with again whenever I need another loan. The entire team for Brighter Lending was great to work with and Austin is the most professional, qualified person I've worked with in this field. Austin was so down to earth, honest and very knowledgeable of everything in his field. I was amazed at how quickly both of my loans closed. If you want a great loan with the lowest rates, minimum fees go see Austin and his team at Brighter Lending.

  Brighter Lending was the best mortgage company I have ever worked with! They were able to help me on my home refinance and even take cash out of my equity to pay off high interest credit cards that were eating away my savings. Being on a fixed income they really put my needs first and treated me like family! I cannot recommend Jeff, and the whole team enough!

  Austin is absolutely amazing!! He is thorough, quick and excellent at explaining any questions or concerns I had. He really took the time to explain why my refinance was a good idea and he helped me save a lot monthly. His team is great and I won’t ever refinance with anyone else. Thank you Austin!

  Austin Dimmler is the best in the business. I have worked with him twice and both the times he exceeded the expectations by leaps and bounds.
