  Bridgett was so helpful in my entire loan process! I asked so many questions and some questions more than once, as I was a first time homebuyer, but she patiently answered all questions and assisted in a smooth seem-less process! Would definitely recommend her any day!

  Bridgett is the absolute best at what she does! She communicated promptly every step of the way. She was available for every question we had and made the process as easy as it could be. So I have Bridgett for both ends buying and selling. She was so prompt and made it a pleasurable experience . I know from experience not all mortgage brokers take the time to help you get what you need. Bridgett does that! Without making you feel overwhelmed! She keeps it real! Before her I was always afraid to apply for a mortgage but she made if worth the while. Thank you Bridgett.

  I contacted Bridgett to help refinance my home and couldn't be happier. She was amazingly helpful and was there at every step of the way, keeping me well informed throughout the whole process. She took the time to present to me several different options and fully explained each, helping me to decide on the best one.   Bridgett is absolutely the best! I was so nervous to start the process. She gave me a list of items to give her and she did ALL the work. She made the process so smooth and stress free.   Bridgett has been amazing and I would choose to work with her again and again! She was always available and in constant contact with me day and night and made the financial aspect of home buying a great experience. She truly cares about her clients and I felt like I was talking to a friend. She worked so hard to close on time after Hurricane Laura and I cannot recommend her enough!

  Words can not even describe how amazing Bridgett at Approved Mortgage really is! She literally saved me from a refinance gone very bad through another local lender whom had been giving me the run around for 6 months!! Luckily I found Bridgett right before rates increased and she was not only able to make the refinance happen, she locked me in before rates went up and had me approved and closed on the refinance in just 10 days!! Bridgett truly cares about her clients and does everything in her power to make sure they are happy through the whole process. If you want someone who is going to be honest and reliable, and who will help you to reach your financing goals then Bridgett is the one to call!

  My experience with Bridgett as my loan officer was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did she meet her own time requirements, but also stayed on top of mine with simple text reminders and emails. She made sure that I had to spend as little time as possible each day fulfilling document requirements by making formats and e-signs extremely simple. Even though my process from initial interest all the way to closing day was long and strenuous, she never gave up the hope that she could make me a first time home owner! I will forever be grateful for her expertise and patience, and will undoubtedly be re-visiting her any future mortgage inquiries and deals!

  Bridgett is AMAZING!!!! Purchasing a new home, is definitely an overwhelming experience, especially the financial aspect of this process. Bridgett went above and beyond explaining each step, and worked with me to get my monthly note down to a comfortable amount. She is an expert in her field, and was always accessible, even during nights and weekends!!! She is kind and patient, and was a pleasure to work with.   As a first time home buyer, there is already tons of questions, confusion and cluelessness. Bridgett made this entire process stress free and easy! She was always available to answer any question I had at any given point in the day. I felt comfortable trusting her and never had any doubts going through with the process.
