  My husband and I are extremely pleased with the services we were provided. Briana was amazing, she worked very hard to get out loan approved. She shopped for the best loan and was very quick to get back to us. She would email, text and call with anything she needed from me or information she had. She even worked a holiday to make sure everything was submitted for us. We appreciate everything she did for us. And she definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

  My husband and I were deciding whether we should refinance our home to reduce our rate, or to just stay with what we had knowing we may move within the next few years. I reached out to Brianna to discuss our options. She asked us a few questions and ran the numbers for us. After review she recommended we stay with our current loan as it just didn’t make enough of a financial impact to refinance. As much as I’m sure she would of appreciated the business, she was honest with us. We have sent a couple of friends to her and both have enjoyed the experience.   I really appreciate the review. I'm glad you came to me for advice. I will never recommend a refinance that won't help you somehow. There are many reasons to refinance and many benefits, but sometimes, it just doesn't make sense!
