  As a first time home buyer, working with Brian was very comforting. We were unsure of our exact timing and price range but Brian talked us through all the steps.   We met Brian in 2016 and have been working with him ever since. Over the last 6 years, we have completed 2 purchases with him and one refinance. Without a doubt, any time we have any questions related to financing property, or general advice on the state of the market, we have turned to Brian.   Brian is simply wonderful. He helped us refinance our primary residence, and then a few years later, he helped us with the mortgage on our little mountain cabin. At every step of the way, we trusted that Brian was giving us the best information, understood our priorities, and advised us with our best interests in mind. He was genuinely thrilled for us when our weekend home purchase was finalized. We will definitely call Brian first for future mortgage needs!

  Brian is a star! We spoke to several lenders for our financing needs and settled with our credit union but someone we trusted recommended we speak to Brian before we officially started our home search. Our first interaction was eye-opening. He shared relevant information with us unique to our situation that none of the other lenders either didn’t know or decided to withhold. He is highly responsive and easily reachable on text, phone and email which made reaching him a breeze. He turned around all our documents from pre-approval all the way to closing promptly and guided us through all the steps. As first time homebuyers, this was invaluable. His estimated closing time was literally half the time other lenders told us was their minimum giving us a competitive edge when we finally made our first offer which the seller accepted. I’m convinced this would not have happened in this market without him. Overall, he’s a great guy to work with and I have no reservations recommending his services.

  This guy!! Where to start. Simply amazing. I had the best experience having Brian as our lender. He is patient always willing to answer questions. Super easy to get a hold of no matter the time. Knows his stuff and if he does not know he will find out the answer and get back with you. We appreciate everything and advise anyone to use Mr. Williams as a lender.

  I have used Brian several times for purchases and refinancing. He prepares everything well in the beginning so that the underwriting and closing process is smooth. He is also helpful with rate discussions and timing the market. Closings have always been on time. My favorite thing though is telling people my current loan rate on the golf course. Highly recommend!

  Brian helped us with a loan was took the time to really get to know my wife and I and what we needed for our loan as opposed to just having us fill out an application with no guidance. In the end we got a great rate, but even better service. I highly recommend Brian for anyone who needs a mortgage loan or refinance.

  Brian was very helpful to me and my partner as we went through the home buying process in D.C. I was particularly impressed with how quickly he responded to us when we were ready to make an offer, even though it wasn't during business hours, and his willingness to rework some numbers so we could be fully aware of our options.
