  I've known Brian on a personal and professional level for many years, and trust him 100%. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all areas of financing and the real estate market. He makes an effort to get to know his clients and the people he works with, and his client service cannot be beat. Brian is a great communicator and extremely responsive. He will give you the "no BS" answer and is extremely resourceful and creative in his work. I would absolutely recommend using Brian and plan on referring future clients his way.

  Brian is an awesome mortgage broker who is very knowledgeable about the lending process and will work hard to get you the best product that meets your needs. You will not have to hunt Brian down as he will be in constant communication about your application and how the process is moving along. He will manage your expectations and prepare you for any and all scenarios that might pop up along the way. Brian operates with integrity and I couldn't have been happier throughout the process. My wife and I think Brian is incredible.

  I used to be a real estate broker in three states and had many clients who used Brian as their lender. They always reported positive experiences. Most significantly, Brian always took the time to really understand their situations and give them great advice -- even if that meant telling them he wasn't the best lender for their situations. I don't know many lenders that would prioritize looking out for the client to that level. In fact, even when I had clients who *couldn't* use Brian, I recommended they talk to him so he could give them some honest advice, and he was always willing to do so. It's rare that you'll meet a progressive lender who's also been in the business for decades -- and especially one that leverages technology so effectively (ask him about his Monopoly board-style system of letting clients know where in the loan process their loan is; it's genius.) Highly recommended!
