  This is my second time utilizing Brian as my loan officer. This was for a cash out refinance loan. Brian was very responsive and helpful. On the initial phone call Brian went over the best product options and went through all the fine details to make sure this cash out re fi made sense for what my needs were. The whole process took less than a month and I was kept informed and updated the entire time. His two assistants Kimberly and Nikki were also a pleasure to work with. The HomeStar app made paper work and document signing very convenient and hassle free. I highly recommend Brian and his team if your looking for mortgage loan options.

  I've been a real estate agent for 8 years and have worked with many mortgage brokers. The level of professionalism and dedication Brian and his team recently gave me on my own purchase far exceeded any interactions I've had with other lenders. I came to Brian in a panic after another lender I was working with extended our closing time by 45 days after already being under contract for quite some time. Brian was able to save the deal from crumbling and gave us an acceptable closing time frame. I could immediately see the difference between these two lenders. Brian communicated frequently.   Brian is simply the best. He and his team have streamlined the lending process and make sure that busy people can refinance/purchase without the hassle. Everything can be completed online and they don’t ask for the same documents over and over. I waited a bit to take care of my refinance because I was building up the courage to deal with the process.
