  Brian was referred to us by a friend and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish Brian was amazing! As first time home buyers we were completely intimidated by the process but Brian made everything feel simple and stress free. He was organized, timely and always took the time to thoroughly answer any questions we had. It was very clear that Brian was an expert at what he was doing.   I cannot say enough good things about this team. Brian is an absolute ROCKSTAR and was so kind, organized, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. He always took the time to explain everything to me in such great detail and would even send me videos regarding the process which I found so helpful and reassuring. He really did some incredible work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home. Ive gotta mention that the whole team really worked so hard to help me close on a short sale home that's buying process was filled with roadblocks and hurdles. Barbi worked overtime to get things finalized on a tight deadline given to us by the sellers and because of her I was able to close on time. This team really impressed me through and through. I will absolutely be a repeat customer down the road.

  I refinanced my home with help of Brian and he went above and beyond of my expectation. I originally contacted him to see if I would be qualified if I sell my condo and buy a new one. He had great knowledge of the current market condition of the areas I was looking for and my current residence, so he gave me some great advice. I decided not to sell and buy after all but decided to refinance my home. Throughout the process, he was always on my side and informed me what is happening, what will happen next, and what I need to prepare for the next step. At one point, my salary was becoming an issue. I am a flight attendant and our pay system is very unique. Because Brian is also a flight attendant and understands how our pay works, he explained it to the underwriter while he told me exactly what I need from HR. Because of his knowledge for my job and description to his underwriter, my loan was approved without any further issue! He was very professional, prompt when responding to my questions, and supportive. I am so grateful for his hard work and help. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering to purchase a new mortgage or refinance.

  I don’t think we could’ve done it without Brian. We were first time home buyer’s so the whole process very foreign to us. Brian helped us out every step of the way, answering all our questions and hitting all the deadlines. He gave his 100% through out the entire process.
