  Bret cohns made my experience with refinancing my first home very easy and comfortable. As a first time home buyer the next step for me was to refinance for a lower rate and I'm glad I found him. I went thru a different company before I met him and it was nothing but headaches and smoking mirrors. As soon as I walked into the office he was able to let me know what was available but not only that walked me thru the whole processes. If your looking for an honest and reliable loan provider I highly recommend this guy!

  I highly recommend working with Bret Cohn! He just assisted my senior citizen parents with a VA Loan and was truly a Godsend. He explained each process every step of the way and relayed all the information about escrow in such an excellent and patient way.   My experience with working with Patrick and his team was great because they are on top of their game. They are very professional and whatever questions I had they were there with all the answers.   Bret Cohn was a blessing in my home buying experience! Not only was this my first home, but it was the first time I was making a big purchase on my own!!! Bret was extremely attentive and informative. Anytime I called he answered! Not only did I have his office phone number, but he also provided his cell phone number!!!!! If I had any questions, concerns, hesitations, or anxieties, he was there to direct me. His years of experience & knowledge was very evident in his professionalism and in his work. The moment I went into the 30 day escrow, I realized that I was going to be closing during the Memorial Day Weekend. I didn't want to pay another month in my apartment and I also wanted to use that 3 day holiday weekend to move. The other thing was that I was qualified for an FHA loan... which naturally takes a bit longer to fund (so I was told by others). Bret immediately calmed me down, got to work on my financing and did not let up for a moment. I remember my agent telling me, "If anyone could fund a loan in less than 30 days, it's Bret!" and she was absolutely right! I can't imagine that a home purchase would be anything less than an amazing, exciting experience because of the team that I was blessed to work with. The next time I need to finance a property purchase, I will definitely be working with Bret Cohn! He's the best in the business and I would urge all my friends and family to work with him!

  Leslie is a true pleasure to work with. She is always available with answers to our questions, she is always polite, and a delight to work with.   We recently purchased a home near Palm Desert. At the suggestion of a real estate agent that was assisting us in the early part of our search, we contacted Patrick Mahon of Stearns Lending in their Indian Wells Office. What a great find! Patrick was calm, professional, efficient, and supportive throughout the entire transaction. We planned on a fast close of our loan and much to our surprise and amazement, Patrick made it happen in three weeks. Much of our involvement was “long-distance” from our home in Northern California. Patrick handled the numerous emails, phone calls, document exchanges, and notary interactions with efficiency and sense of humor, while also being engaging and personable; and while effectively coordinating appraisers and escrow officers.
