  The service is so slow. Unbelievably slow. Except for Charlotte. She is super quick and friendly. My company has their account through Bremer otherwise I would never bank here. On average I wait between 15 and 35 minutes. Unless I get lucky and get Charlotte. I am sure the ladies are very nice but holy crow. I wate a lot of time here.

  Do not recommend refinancing with Bremer. Very poor customer service with Erik B. Every thing he stated had to be redone and cost twice as much as originally quoted. Failure at basic customer service items such as closing costs numbers, location and date of closing. You try and compensate with a mug and gift card that you never deliver. Terrible experience!, very frustrating and he did not care.

  I have my business loan, business and personal checking accounts all through Bremer and have been very happy with them. Michele the manager at the Eau Claire branch is wonderful- always available and extremely helpful with day to day banking transactions!
