      I called to find out what I needed, just a drivers license with the correct address.. I’m on disability and have pain issues, called prior to going to find out what I needed. An hour in she tells me my drivers license with my new address wasn’t enough. I’ve not gotten any mail yet. Don’t do it, it’s not small town goodness, I had to repeat my email over and over for her to get it right. It was my NAME! Nothing weird. And it’s on my License that she made a copy of and said was good for opening the account. So ignorant.
