  The Brandon Martinez 24/7 team did it again! As a realtor, Brandon's team has helped many of my clients accomplish the goal of homeownership and successfully providing them with a loan. This time, my wife and I were able to experience being on the purchasing side and because of Brandon and the team we are now home owners! The home buying process can be stressful especially during the holiday season, but it was relieving knowing my wife and I were in great hands with our loan!

  As a Realtor, I need a lender partner that can deliver - Brandon and Rachel always do! A 10 day close makes my offers the most aggressive on the market - this is how offers get accepted! Brandon also makes sure to follow up once the offer is submitted, there's no stone left unturned. 24/7 in name and in availability, I know they're going to be there for my clients no matter what. There's no one else I trust to get it done!

  Brandon and Rachel were incredible to work with. Not only did they make our dream of home ownership come true, they did it in just 21 days. I honestly thought buying a home would be more stressful, but they made sure to make us fell comfortable and walked us through the process. The pre-approval was fast and easy, and whenever our budget increase they immediately sent out an updated pre-approval letter allowing us to view properties right away. They kept in constant communication with us and were very straightforward throughout the process. Our deal almost fell out of escrow due to issues with the HOA, but Brandon and Rachel worked around the clock to ensure that did not happen. We were still able to close escrow within just 21 days. They were always one step ahead. I highly recommend them to all those that want a fast and efficient home buying experience. They really do get the job done!
