  All my interactions with Brady were pleasant and he seems to be a great guy. The pitfall was there was inadequate communication. After turning in documents we thought were needed and informing the team they'd been turned in we wouldn't be told they needed something different for days to a week. Never recieved any updates unless contacting them first. All of this took over a month and we ended up potentially missing out on a house we loved.
