  Brad Truly made my dream came true I had been through two other lenders who kept telling me no I wasn’t going to be able to qualify for a home on my own. When I met Brad I explain to exactly what I want, what was my budget and he broke it down an told me that you know I may or may not be able to help you but let’s try and see what we can accomplish. Part of me felt like it was his most troubling client but he never made me feel that way he broke everything down for me to for me to understand every little nickel dime that was being spent and he got me my home and I am beyond ever grateful for him so glad the day my realtor introduce me to him. His assistant Dawn was the best as well she was my coach through this whole process.   Brad and his team could not have been more helpful and transparent throughout the process of our refinance. At each step of the process they helped explain the details so that we were completely in the loop. Most importantly, Brad was extremely accessible when we had questions, which we had plenty of during our first refinance. They even sent staff to our home to help with paperwork towards the end of the process. I could not give a higher recommendation!

  Brad and his team were excellent to work with during our home buying process. Submitting financial requirements was super easy and the online applications were very fluid and intuitive. Brad was great about informing and educating us on mortgage options, affordability, etc. During the process of getting an offer out, Brad was extremely responsive and engaged - he was right out there in front calling, texting, and even sending a video message to the selling realtors that our situation was rock-solid. On the home we bought, the selling realtor said it was part of the reason our offer was accepted among many other similar, competitive offers. So obviously we were pleased! Our realtor also said that he was much more engaged and proactive than other lenders he has worked with. Very happy with our choice!

  Brad and his team are impeccably knowledgable and organized. I'm a first-time homeowner. I was filled with so much fear of the mortgage industry, but I realized from our first conversation that I was in the best hands possible. Brad took time to get to know me before we even jumped in; this is important because finances are one of the last taboos and we're all so weird about how we talk about our finances. Brad knew this and it impacted the way he would speak to me about my finances, about how he would set me up for success as best as possible. Transparency about your financial health and about each step of the entire loan process (and there are many) was so important for me to feel like I had some autonomy rather than just white-knuckling my way to the finish line. None of my questions felt "dumb" or bothersome to this team. I felt safe to express my concerns. FYI, owning a home is something that no one really knows how to do until it's happening which is absolutely terrifying, especially if you don't have family who can guide you along the way. But Brad and his team actually have regard for the range of emotions you will go through. Not many lenders and loan team members have that empathy; other lenders care about closing on the loan quickly and optimally for THEIR bottom line. It is imperative that you do your research before working with a lender. I cannot stress this enough. For anyone who's doing this for the first time or the third time, know that this is how high the bar should be for this experience.
