  Excellent experience! This is my second time working with Brad and I can't picture the process being any smoother elsewhere. 6 years ago he helped me buy my first home. Now he help me get my second one. Brad is always available and reachable, including nights and weekends no matter the time. His responses were always genuine and straight to the point. I could tell he had my best interest at heart and his top priority was to make sure I fully understood any matter being discussed.

  After buying our home a year ago, we reached out to Brad to inquire about refinancing with the new low mortgage rates and if it was an option. He got back to us right away and made the whole process and easy as possible! Second time working with Brad and Ross Mortgage company and would definitely recommend!!

  Brad Vocino is an excellent mortgage Lender he is the best in his field. He is very knowledgeable and flexible and was always available to answer our questions (24/7). He was extremely responsive and replied to emails and phone calls within minutes. Brad would go an extra mile to help his clients and customize the mortgage for their needs.
