      Disappointed at there way of making me stay with no active card, it expired before the new year & totally forgot about getting a new card. ( Everyone Has A Busy Life) So I called today and lady said oh you should have gotten one a month prior to your due date (which I didn't). Then comes back to say oh it said it was a bad address & I've gotten mail there before, which I didn't understand!? I never received call/email/txt saying my address needed to be updated or it was bad. I told her well I need a card & either I needed overnighted to me. Then wants to say its a $6 charge Haha now why, would I pay for them to send me a card when its their job? Right? I mean just the way they wanna charge $5 Royal Checking Fee. They should be able to wave the fee, but I had to make other arrangements for card to be sent to me. Get it under control BFCU.
