      Automated service just takes you in circles. It’s difficult to reach your local office.

      AFFCU is a shared branch. The lobby is not open because of safety issues and that is definitely understandable. What upsets me is that a simple deposit can't be made through the drive thru. You would think they could and would help their "shared" branches during these difficult times. I am extremely disappointed and will now have to travel at a time when it is discouraged to do so.
