  We had our X5 serviced here for the first time since we've owned it. I have pretty much stayed away from dealer service most of my life because of expensive less than stellar experiences. However, I decided to give it another shot as I'm tired of local shops that have our car for weeks at a time. I was over the top impressed with the level of service (pampering) that I received from the time I drove into the service garage. My appt was for 9am. I showed up at 8:30. Pulling into the facility it is very easy to see where service is located and pulled right into the garage to be greeted immediately by a service representative. I was taken to my service reps office while my car was immediately taken back to my mechanics station. It was an easy check in process and I gave my rep a list of items I needed done. The waiting area is very comfortable with refreshments, snacks, TV, computer area and a play area for kids. When my rep was advised that my car would take most of the day, I was immediately offered a loaner car so as not to sit there all day. I eventually took them up on the offer and was handed the keys to a brand new BMW 328i. I decided to just pick my car up the following day. My rep told me they open @ 7:30am. I showed up about 7:10am and to my delight everybody was already in full swing. My rep went over the list of items that were addressed and corrective action taken. I should also add that before I left the day before, my mechanic came out to speak with me about a couple items I had on my list and we discussed the appropriate action to take or not take on each item. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My experience here was first class and I will definitely be back for future service needs.

  Lee Korczynski was a pro. I was a salesman on the road for 40 years. I was impressed with Lee's knowledge. He made a stressful situation , car buying, more palatable. I would highly recommend Lee and Bobby Rahal BMW.

  I had an issue with service, but the Service Manager went out of his way to correct it. I've been a customer over 10 years. BMW has a high quality standard of quality made vehicles and customer service that will keep me a customer. Thank you.

  Sales is mostly fine but after sale is atrocious. Can’t handle a simple request to fix email address and phone number in 5 years. As a result, I now own a brand new Jeep. Never again will I deal with these people.

  Recently started looking for a Used BMW, I was very specific about what i wanted, color, options ect. I stopped by the dealer to look at a car listed online that had unfortunately had sold the day prior. Mark Balzaraini, the client adviser i dealt with, was very helpful. We drove several other cars to make sure i knew exactly what i wanted. He then introduced me to Kim Kaminsky, the GM, who asked me to give them the opportunity to find some options in the next several weeks. Less than a week later they had the exact car i was looking for with more options than i thought i wanted at a great price. I then worked with Ryan Freund on financing who made it such an easy process. I can't say enough good things about the service and personable experience this dealership provided i was really impressed.
