  If you can, work with Greg Conley!!! He was always available and made my home buying process as painless as it could get! Especially for a first time home buyer! The way they process the loan makes it super straightforward and easy to deal with. You don't have to go around and searching on their website to figure out how to proceed with your loan application. I can't wait to go through them to obtain a second house in a few years lol

  Jennifer and her team performed at a higher level than I expected. Jennifer was all over the communication. I was never in doubt of what was going on in the process.   Jennifer Klugman and Suzy Wyskiel are fantastic to work with, my husband and I are beyond grateful for their hard work and professionalism throughout our home financing process. I never felt anxious checking an email from them because they only came to us with solutions and never any problems. We made the choice to build a home from the ground up and use da VA loan to secure financing, to say this was an unconventional transaction is an understatement. Because of COVID there were supply-chains issues which caused delays in our closing. Since we secured our low rate early in 2022 and did not close on our home until 6/1/2022 we needed to sign numerous extensions. Most banks would be testy or annoyed, but Jennifer and Suzy were our cheerleaders and kept telling us that we have a great rate and that everything will be okay! They always made us feel like "we've got this!" And sure enough we did! After 16 months from breaking ground, we closed without any hiccups!   We shopped around for loans but Dan Cover provided the best presentation and communication on our BNC rate options. We did a cash out VA Jumbo refinance on our home and he new his stuff. We changed our loan plans a couple of times, but feedback was provided so quickly that we finally figured out what we wanted before we felt we missed our rate opportunity. Then he was willing to respond to our inquires though the process. We were very happy Laura Ross was brought in to help, along with other BNC support brought in, I enjoyed having a team work on our loan. It made the process move along smoother.

  Recently refinanced our mortgage thru BNC and was one of the best financing experiences I have had. Shopped different companies and BNC offered us the best rate and closing costs. Everything went quickly, smoothly and as we were told up front. Our agent, Mike Palo kept us informed during the entire process and answered all questions quickly.
