Tony Kao42019 2/24 update 3 to 4 stars Mike Scholz of internet sales is simply amazing. Responded to my email regarding the dent on the new car within 30 mins. Will update how the issue resolved. 2019 2/23 5 stars to 3 stars Yesterday we brought wife car for lease end inspection. Everything went well and we were taken care of right away. Internet sales, Mike, also gave us a few options for our next car. He and his team took their time and helped us to decide our next lease. Financial services, Ignacio, skipped lunch and helped us to get the paper work done so we can get going. Everythig was great until that point. I guess they were short handed. The staff brought the car to the dark waiting bay and prepared the car for us, but no one walked through the new car with us. When we got home we noticed a 1.5~2in light dent damage (probably by another car on the dealer lot) at rear passenger door under the sun light. The dent will probably be write off at the end but still disappointed. Lesson learned, never trust anyone until you have walk throught the new car yourself. Btw This is our third car wih the dealership. 2018: Took my wifes 328i in for service. Was told the car is overdue. I told the service advisor no one showed me how to read the instructional panel and this is my second lease😢😢😢. William Smith the service advisor took his time and walked back to the car to show me. I know it is his job, but no one told me before. Thank you William.

I had a very complicated issue and he helped me beyond I can imagine. I truly appreciate his time and efforts to fix my problem. I hope you find other wonderful staff like Mr. Gordon. TrendyBruh1On Nov. 6th, I scheduled an appointment to have my car's telecommunications box upgraded on Nov. 23rd, at 4 PM. When i made the appointment I requested a loaner car and two different individuals told me they would provide a car for me to use while the repairs are being done. My appointment is in two hours and I was just told they wouldn't give me a loaner car. And the only reason why they let me know was because I was trying to ask them if I could come in earlier. I spoke with the loaner department and they mentioned they didn't have any cars available, and asked to speak with the service manager, who assumed i was lying three times and kept repeating you should have confirmed with a person, which I had already done. The service manager then told me there was no way they would provide a loaner car for me for five days (the amount of time it would take to do the repairs), especially not a day before thanksgiving. Seems to me like they don't want to handle recalls as they wouldn't profit over them. Either way its extremely rude and inconsiderate of them being that I reserved this weeks in advance and even called off work and cleared my schedule to take the car. They are unreliable, rude and don't want to help. I filed a complaint with BMW NA. And to whomever reads this from BMW of Ontario, please help me save YOU some time and don't bother with the cookie cutter response. P.S. Will take my car to Pacific BMW from now on. They know what customer service is. When I explained this to them to schedule my repairs there they were shocked at how this dealership treats their customers.

Keith Gilkey5During the term of my mini lease with BMW of Ontario, I received OUTSTANDING support from the staff particularly my site Point of Contact Mrs. Pamela Allen (Bryant). Upon my arrival for service, everything was always perfectly in order and taken care of allowing me to come in, drop off my Mini for service, receive my loaner car, and be on my way. Having such a busy day to day schedule, service to that degree is a premium. I was always keep up to date regarding the progress of my maintenance and was not hassled to any degree regarding the return of the loaner. The outstanding and top notch service is to be commended!

Matthew Biscan5I give a 5 star because of Wyland’s service. Matt was very helpful with finding the right car. Oscar is a great employee with a super attitude. The process was smooth and relatively fast. In and out within 2 hours.

Erica Seda5Ulisses T. is always professional, honest and helpful when I take my car for servicing. Leo Z. is the guy to go to for sales. Leo is patient, understanding and will find you the best deal. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with BMW of Ontario and I’d recommend them to anyone that I know.

lalajones20081My husband called to make sure they had a part we needed for the car. The guy on the phone said yes he had it. So we drove an hour to get part just for them to be rude and nasty. The person on the phone didn't even acknowledge him at all, and made him wait 20 minutes. My husband grew tired and we left.THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SERVICE.
