      I gave one star but they don't deserve that. Whenever I go to this branch it's a problem. I have a business account which I will be moving, I had my taxes deposited into my account there. They froze my account and asked for proof of business: really I have had my account with you guys for two years(Provided proof at opening) they went on to tell me about its a lot of fraud out here ,do you consider that bi-weekly when my direct deposit is put into your bank the answer is No. The teller is rude and each time i visit this branch it's the same nasty person there she had the nerve to tell me I can use my card to make a purchase but not withdraws I provided all the paper work requested and now waiting for the release of my funds can you say cashier check and close all accounts. STAY AWAY!

      Stop closing early. Your banking hours of 9-5 mirror the average person’s work hours. Closing even a few minutes early is pivotal. Your branch was closed at 4:58pm on Tuesday, May 31st. You have to also consider this is coming off of a bank holiday just the day before. When people have to scurry after work to get their by 5, yes closing even 2 minutes early is problematic.

      I wish I could give them less than 1 star. They are horrible. They lied about rejecting a transfer on my account. The hispanic teller was horrible and rude . She lacked professionalism and should be fired. The bank manager made a multitude of racial statements against african americans while I was there. Mind you he is hispanic. This branch overall is a hot mess. I withdrew my money immediately. The whole branch needs a lesson in diversity and inclusion as well as general customer service. Just this branch. The other branches are actually very good and courteous to customers and non customers.

      Hands down the worst bank you can go to. They conveniently don’t see night deposits until the next day. Any other BMO location besides this one is better.

      I had a banking emergency so I was at the bank at opening. The place was empty but I was told to take a seat and wait. The personal banker did not notice (or care?) that their was someone waiting...I believe someone had to tell the banker. After telling the banker my problem, I was asked questions the banker should be answering for me??? The attitude was thick. Not completely resolving my issue, I asked for a business card, I wrote on it, and was told not to write on the front but on the back....? As the banker knew the problem I had wanted to follow up with the banker, yet was told to call the 1-800 number. (so I can go through it all again). Horrible customer service!!!!!!

      I knew BMO was terrible but I went in here to try to get a cash advance and they said the limit is $900, that’s a regular ATM limit, defeats the whole purpose of a cash advance. I went right up the street further south to Chase and there was no limit. Common sense.
