  Friendly staff but outdoor ATMs are always out of order. Chase should upgrade the units and invest in the southland community instead of neglecting its citizens but they apparently don't care about us. They shouldn't treat us like this.

  Very dissatisfied. Today I was waiting in line in DRive up window. And the teller closed the shade at 4:58. She didn’t care I was waiting. I’ve been with chase for over 15 years and never been so disappointed as of today 🙁

  Worst chase bank I have ever been to!!! Waited over 20 minutes was never greated nothing. Not one word was said to me. I listened to one of the bankers hold a personal conversation with a customer instead of doing here job. So I walked out 20 minutes way to be long to wait with out a single word being said. Horrible just horrible!!

  If i could give them 0 stars would. As a retail business customer i rely I them for accuracy and they don't deliver. I have had numerous discrepancies due to their error. The branch manager takes no credibility and dismisses any error. There are big issues going on here. I have even gone into the branch and the branch manger was sitting on a personal bankers desk. Very unprofessional and I would rather drive further than deal with the mess they have going on here.

  I stopped today 2 rolls of quarters and in both they have nickles in them. When I went back, the bank was closed. Please do better

  I've been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and still haven't been waited on. I called and was told that they were waiting on the customer in lobby and the drive thru has to wait.

  My husband and I have been to this location a few times (this is the last time) and the service is horrible. An employee (I believe he is the branch manager) is not customer service material at all. Every time I go there I would get incorrect information or wait to long. I will drive a little further for better service.

  Close to me and they are never crowded and clerks are very courteous

  ATMs are always out of service. Currently, there are 3 outside ATMs and only one is operational.

  At least 10 minute wait per customer in front of you at the drive thru..its garden to believe any one is actually working here
