      Avoid this branch. Give you a hard time on simple transactions. Don't have these problems at the other locations. Their rule enforcement is sporadic. Don't waste your time here.

      Dont bank with these people, they massively under pay their employees and it affects the customer. Take your business or employment to any other bank

      The first time I used this branch to make a loan payment, they made an error entering the payment amount, then posted the payment to someone else's account altogether. When I went back to the branch, the senior banker seemed incompetent and did not make me confident that he knew how to fix these errors. The situation is being corrected at a different branch. I will not be visiting the Hoffman Estates branch ever again.
